2) What should I do if my payment failed but the money was debited from my account?

Don’t worry! If your payment failed but money was debited, it is usually refunded automatically within 5–7 working days. If you don’t see the refund after this period, contact your bank or our support team for help.

3) Why is my card payment getting declined?

Card payments can be declined due to incorrect card details, expired cards, insufficient funds, daily limits, or your bank’s security checks. Double-check your card number, expiry, CVV, and make sure your card is active and has enough balance456.

4) What if I entered the wrong UPI ID or receiver details?

If you enter the wrong UPI ID, your payment will fail or may go to the wrong account. Always double-check the receiver’s details before confirming payment. If you paid to the wrong account, contact your bank immediately123.

5) Why does my payment fail when I use PhonePe, Paytm, or Google Pay?

Common reasons include poor internet, expired UPI PIN, app glitches, or your bank’s server being down. Update your app, check your internet, and try again after a few minutes.

6) What if my payment times out or the session expires?

If you take too long to complete your payment, the session may expire for security reasons. Please retry the payment and complete all steps promptly6.
